We're Offering £2,000 to a Local Good Cause.

As we start to build our new community Church Farm, in Radley, are inviting people to nominate a local good cause to receive a £2,000 donation.

We want to hear about groups, individuals or organisations which deserve to be recognised for their positive impact on local communities.

Suggestions need to be submitted via our online nomination forms website by Friday, 27^th August with successful nominees being notified in early September.

“We are keen to recognise the amazing work carried out locally by a host of good causes – whether they’re organised groups or individuals,” said our Managing Director, Graham Flint.

“Pye Homes is a family business which has been part of the local community for more than 90 years. We want to show our support and appreciation for all those people who go out of their way to help others.

“We’re encouraging people to include as much information as they can about their nominees to enable our panel of judges to make their choice,” he added.

Church Farm is being developed in line with our ‘how we build’ principles; a series of commitments to the environment and to the surrounding communities that ensure we deliver quality housing solutions of which everyone can be proud, inspired by Blenheim Estate’s landowner ‘legacy principles’.

It will eventually include 240 properties and aims to promote a ‘greener way of living’.

In addition to providing much-needed, high quality accommodation in an area with a housing shortage, the new community will also help the Radley Foundation, a charity set up to establish an endowment fund to enable talented boys to come to Radley and to financially support families unable to afford the fees.

Church Farm will include 84 affordable homes; 21 of which will be shared ownership and the remaining 63 will form part of an affordable rent scheme, with 156 properties available to buy on the open market.

It is hoped a limited number of homes will be available to reserve off-plan this summer and the show home is due to open in January 2022.
