A new and sympathetic proposal for Kempsford
Reflecting the existing village and its character, we are proposing a new scheme for the land off John of Gaunt Road, in Kempsford. For the purposes of this proposal we are calling this scheme Tuckwell Green, which refers to the former 'Tuckwell Farm'.
We are proposing to create up to 35 new homes which have been designed to be in keeping with the form and character of the village. We believe that the proposed homes will make a positive addition to the village, for local people.
