Upcoming homes available for affordable rent will be listed on the Blenheim Estate website about six months before they’re available. This gives you time to register with Homeseeker Plus, which can take a few weeks, and start the bidding process.
Register with West Oxfordshire District Council
West Oxfordshire District Council will assess your housing need and place you in one of the bands on their housing register.
Apply through Homeseeker Plus
Once registered with West Oxfordshire District Council you can apply for housing through Homeseeker Plus and register your interest for properties within the area.
