We take great pride in our after-sales service and hold each and every Pye home to a high standard of specification. Our dedicated and friendly Customer Liaison Manager, Nigel, is more than just a smiley face. He’ll be your point of contact and with 30 years under his belt, we wouldn’t trust anyone more. Nigel and his team are hand to help with any question or query you might have. They personally check each and every home before it is handed over to you, so that your move in is as stress and hassle free as it should be.
To put your mind at rest all our homes come with a 10-year NHBC Buildmark Warranty. Your new home is also covered under New Home Guarantee for up to two years after completion. The National House Building Council will independently survey the property during construction, and on upon satisfactory structural completion, issue their NHBC Buildmark Warranty.
