Respectful Conduct Policy

Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, intimidation or threats; offensive, sexual or discriminatory remarks, images or gestures; unwanted physical contact; wolf-whistling or catcalling; and comments relating to a person's sex, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Anyone who witnesses or experiences harassment should report it immediately to their Pye contact, a member of our team, the People Team at peopleteam@blenheimpalace.com, or the Site Manager.

All reports will be treated confidentially and taken seriously, and no one will be penalised for raising a concern in good faith.

Any person found to have harassed another individual will be removed from site, and the matter may be escalated to their employer.
