We Have Been Nominated For a Number of Awards

Pye Homes is part of the Blenheim group of companies, and we have been included on the shortlists for awards at both the South East Property Awards and the OxPropFest Awards.

Nominations are for three honours in the OxPropFest ceremony, which celebrates the property, science and innovation, community from the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire regions.

Pye and Blenheim Estate Homes are jointly up for the ‘Best Contractor of the Year’, whilst Church Farm has been included in both the ‘Best Innovative / Sustainability Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Best Residential Development’.

Meanwhile, in the South East Property Awards, Church Farm, Radley, is in contention for the ‘Residential Development of the Year’.

“It is particularly pleasing to see our approach to sustainability being rewarded as this is something we feel very passionately about.”

The South East Property Awards take place on Thursday, July 14th with the OxPropFest winners not being announced until Wednesday, September 14th.

Church Farm was also a finalist for the Building Project of the Year award at the SECBE Awards.
