Our Welborne showhome is opening!

Prospective home buyers are being offered an exclusive opportunity to be amongst the first to view our stunning showhome at Welborne Garden Village, which has now opened its doors to visitors by appointment only.

As well as the chance to view and tour the showhome, created by Phoenix Interior Design, visitors can also tour the Welborne Welcome Centre, which features a number of immersive interactive experiences to learn more about the overall scheme.

Designed for modern living, our houses and apartments at Welborne combine elegant style, convenience, comfort and energy-efficient technology. We are one of three housebuilders at Welborne Garden Village, which has been designed by the Buckland Group, blending traditional architecture with modern technology. The new community will be one of the largest private housing developments of its kind in the UK.
