A new landscape led proposal for Freeland

We are proposing to create up to 65 new homes in a high quality, landscape-led development, sensitively integrated with the community of Freeland. Arriving through a green door to the development off Wroslyn Road, these homes will be in a range of sizes and tenures, nestled into multifunctional open spaces designed for food production and play, with walking routes connected to the existing street network in the village. 

The proposals provide sustainable growth for Freeland with the addition of family housing, affordable homes, biodiversity enhancements, allotments and additional parking provision to benefit Freeland C of E Primary School.
