Writing competition to mark 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth

T&Cs 

-       The competition is open to UK residents only.

-       Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

-       Entrants must submit their written story by email to the dedicated competition address provided on the Pye Homes website.

-       Each entry must be an original piece of writing in response to the competition brief.

-       Only one entry per person per category will be accepted.

-       Winners will be notified via Pye Homes’ official Instagram page within 7 days of the competition closing date.

-       If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Pye Homes reserves the right to select another winner.

-       By entering, entrants grant Pye Homes the non-exclusive right to publish, promote, and share their entry (with credit) on Pye Homes’ website, social media, and marketing materials.

-       There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

-       The name, email address and a contact number of the winner will be requested for prize fulfillment and may be passed to a third-party provider for prize arrangement.
