We've Launched a Key Workers Discount at Hanborough Gate.

Key workers can benefit from a 5% discount off the price of market homes at our Hanborough Gate development.

We're delighted to be able to offer this discount to key workers (as defined by gov.uk) on selected homes available to reserve now, with the sales complete before the end of 2021.

Homes are also eligible for the Help to Buy Equity Scheme helping you to buy your new home with a deposit as low as 5%.

Of the homes being built at Hanborough Gate, 59 are also being made available for rent or shared ownership, to key workers at up to 40% below market value.

A number of the homes at Hanborough Gate can benefit from this discount including our 2 bedroom Kensington homes and 3 bedroom Beechwoods. A selection of our 4 bedroom homes including the Dashwood, Milton, Thornbury and Southmoor are also eligible.
