The Pye Customer Charter adopts the principles and good practice of the Consumer Code for home builders. This code sets requirements that house builders must meet. This applies to buyers who, on or after 1st April 2010, reserve to buy a new property built by a house builder who is registered with one of the supporting Home Warranty Bodies (NHBC and Premier Guarantee and LABC New Home Warranty).
