Our Site Manager Has Won an NHBC Pride in The Job Quality Award.

Our Site Manager Stuart has been selected as a Pride in the Job Quality Award winner for outstanding work at our Hanborough Gate development.

Organised by the National House-Building Council, the Pride in the Job award, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, is the most highly regarded competition in the industry.

All site managers across the UK are automatically entered into the competition if they are working on a site registered for NHBC warranty.

Stuart is one of just 450 site managers to receive the award from a group of around 11,000 who were eligible at the start of the competition.

According to the judges, winning site managers demonstrate ‘incredible dedication, passion, commitment and leadership to produce homes of exceptional quality’.

“We’re absolutely delighted all Stuart’s hard work and enthusiasm have been recognised with this award,” said our Managing Director Graham Flint.

“It’s thoroughly deserved and we are all extremely proud of his achievement. We’re now looking forward to seeing if he can go even further in the autumn when the Seals of Excellence and Regional Award winners are announced,” he added.

Hanborough Gate is a development of new two, three and four bedroom homes, located to the western side of Long Hanborough. A total of 169 homes will be built by the end of 2021, along with a new doctors’ surgery.
