Land acquisition

In terms of the overall land portfolio we have a balance between 'immediate' and long term housing sites.

The Company is keen to promote all opportunities and to secure sites on which we can use our skills to improve housing potential or, in the longer term, work on behalf of the landowners in the successful promotion of their land through planning.
