Future plans

As well as sites which we have coming forward now and on which planning consent has recently been granted, the Company has invested in longer term growth by securing 'options' on sites throughout the South of England.

These sites are being promoted through the planning system. For example, we have significant interests in land within West Oxfordshire, Vale of White Horse, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire which we are actively promoting.
