Our future plans
As well as sites which we have coming forward now and on which planning consent has recently been granted, the Company has invested in longer term growth by securing ‘options’ on sites throughout the South of England which are being promoted through the planning system. For example, we have significant interests in land within West Oxfordshire, Vale of White Horse, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire which we are actively promoting.
In terms of our overall land portfolio we have a balance between ‘immediate’ and longer term housing sites. The Company is keen to promote all opportunities and to secure sites on which we can use our skills to improve housing potential or, in the longer term, work on behalf of landowners in the successful promotion of their land through planning.
