Location

Warmley is situated a few miles out from the centre of Bristol just off the A4175 with connection to the A420.

Bristol itself is the largest city in the south west of England and lies between Somerset and Gloucestershire. Outside Bristol two motorways intersect, the M4 from London to South Wales bridges the River Severn before it widens to become the Bristol Channel. The North/South M5 skirts the city at Avonmouth.

The city has been a port for thousands of years and it was from here John Cabot sailed on his historic voyage to Newfoundland. Today, the old docks are the focus for arts and leisure.

The city is also renowned for its engineers, notably I K Brunel, famous for the Clifton Suspension Bridge which is a well known Bristol landmark. The engineering tradition carries on today with much of the city’s economic growth arising from aerospace and new technologies.

Bristol and the surrounding area is a great place to live and do business.
